Billing Manager Pro is a flexible invoicing and accounts package which can deal with up to 1,000,000 records! It's aimed at home and small business use and can be customised in terms of fonts and colours to meet your standards. The invoices can be either inventory based or services orientated. The defaults are set to European date format and VAT at 17.5%, but these can be adjusted.
